182

I can’t believe it’s been that long since the break up. Seeing the number out like that shocked me honestly. What can I say

But we must move on no matter how much it hurts. I don’t think about Karma or what could go wrong
I can only worry about my future now.

  1. Fixating on the day you broke up isn’t going to do you any favours in moving on. Doing stuff like this is just digging your hole even deeper and making it harder to get out.

If you want to move on to a brighter future, you need to leave him in the past and stop making out like it’s a global event that needs to be lamented.

    1. I know, I really don’t talk about things to anyone since so many people are always busy. I just find releasing it makes me feel better. I deleted pics and phone numbers so it finally felt better.

      1. That is true, sometimes you need a bit of a release – but maybe perhaps rather than releasing and thinking about the details like the days broken up etc, release an focus on your feelings instead.

As they say, out of sight out of mind! I got over my ex quick smart by deleting everything and not talking to him, so you’re on the right track!
